The company has raised an undisclosed pre-seed funding round led by Seafund Ventures. The round also saw participation from Rebalance, Magnivia Ventures with their partner Peaceful Progress Fund, and from notable angel investors such as Awais Ahmed, Founder of Pixxel Space.

Pramatra Space, an emerging leader in quantum-secure satellite solutions, and Infostellar Inc., Japan’s pioneering Ground Segment-as-a-Service (GSaaS) company, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to partner to establish and conduct joint development for networks to link Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) ground stations that offer secure space communications. The agreement was formally signed on October 3, 2025, during the International Astronautical Congress (IAC) held in Sydney, Australia.
